Where can I go with Party Hard Travel?

We sell holidays and event packages to the biggest party resorts in Europe; Ayia Napa, Ibiza, Kavos, Magaluf, Malia, Sunny Beach and Zante!

I want a party holiday but I’m not sure which destination to go to?

Can I go on holiday with Party Hard Travel if I am 17?

If you are 17 years old you can go to some of our resorts and not others, this is because of the drinking laws in the countries that we work with. Please see below the places you can and cannot go:

Ibiza, Magaluf and Sunny Beach – This is a no-go unfortunately, in Spain and Bulgaria the local laws do not permit 17-year-olds into nightclubs. This means that any 17-year-old going to these places will not be able to book events or holidays with us, sorry! Good news though, you can go to the following destinations:

Ayia Napa, Kavos, Malia and Zante – Along as at least one person in your booking is 18 and they’re the lead passenger, you’re good to go! In Greece and Cyprus, the local laws allow 17-year-olds onto the premises of nightclubs but do not allow them to purchase drinks. However, we’ve never had any problems with 17-year olds having a good time on our holidays.

If you do book with us when going to the 4 destinations above and you will be 17 at the time of travel, then we need your parent or guardian to fill in a parental consent form; please send an email to requesting a parental consent form.

Do I get any events included if I book my holiday with Party Hard Travel?

Yes, we are currently offering the Essentials Events Package FREE worth over £100 with every 2019 holiday booking.

Can I just book the events package?

Yes! Even if you have booked your hotel with someone else you can still buy our Ultimate or Platinum Events Packages. See our events pages for details.

Why should I pre-book?

We have a set price that doesn’t change and includes the best events at a highly discounted price. Because you have pre-booked you don’t need to spend time looking for the best package, instead you can stay in the sun knowing you have your events sorted for the week. You’ll also have a team of in resort staff that will help make your holiday the best time of your lives, taking you to all your events and providing you with everything you need for your perfect holiday.

How do I collect my Events Package?

There will be two different processes for ticket collections depending on if you have booked your whole holiday package with us or just the events package. See the details below for each process:

Holiday Bookings: If you’ve booked your holiday with us, you’ll be staying in one of our Party Hard Hotels. If you are in one of our Hotels our team of reps in resort will be able to meet you there and provide you with your wristbands and information you’ll need throughout the week.

Events Bookings: If you’ve booked an events package or single events with us there will be an allocated meeting point for each of our seven resorts. You can meet your team of reps there to collect your wristbands and receive all the information you need for the week.

The details of how and where to collect your package will be sent to you before you go. The email will have all the information you will need so make sure you read it thoroughly. You will also receive text a message from your rep the day before you’re due to fly, just reiterating all the information you need, so you will be kept well informed.

I’m going to miss my meeting time, what do I do?

You will receive a message from your rep the day before you’re due to fly explaining meeting times and what to in this instance of missing the meeting time so don’t panic. If you are going to miss it due to late flights there will be a pre-planned guest-list for any events happening on the night you arrive so you don’t miss out!

Who started the business?

The company was started by 2 students, Barry and Nathan, after a holiday they took to Ayia Napa. Their friends had decided to buy overpriced events packages whilst in resort and had very little spending money left for the rest of their holiday, living off instant noodles!

Barry and Nathan couldn’t afford to pay the prices themselves and spent their holiday in little bars, missing out on all the events. The two of them thought there must be a better and more affordable way to buy events in party holiday destinations whilst still including the biggest and best events.

After months of meetings in their first office (Barry’s bedroom) the idea for Party Hard Travel was created and has gone on to grow year by year, taking more and more people abroad for the best time of their lives!

When does the season start and finish?

Season start and end dates vary by resort. Take a look at our season dates for each resort below:

Ayia Napa: 5th June – 7th September

Ibiza: 5th June – 26th September

Kavos: 5th June – 7th September

Magaluf: 5th May – 7th September

Malia: 5th June – 7th September

Sunny Beach: 5th June – 7th September

Zante: 5th June – 7th September

NB: We can accept bookings from the 1st June and the last week of September however there may be instances where certain events are not held in these times. Peak season runs from July- Mid August.

Event Package Questions

What Events Packages are available for me?

For most of our resorts we offer the Ultimate Events Package and the Platinum Events Packages. What’s included in these can be found under the ‘events package’ page for each of our seven resorts.

What happens once I have booked an events package?

1) You will receive an email confirmation/e-ticket

2) You will receive an email with all the details on where to pick up your wristbands for events prior to your holiday! You will also receive a message from your rep the day before you’re due to fly.

3) When you get to resort simply head to the meeting point, show your email confirmation and your I.D to collect your tickets for the week.

Can I book just single events?

You can! But not for all the events on our package, check out our event package pages for each resort to find out more! Don’t forget, if you buy your events separately, you’ll miss out on the savings when you book our events package as a whole.

How do I purchase the add on events?

If you want to buy the add on events, our rep at your destination will let you know what is on offer and the prices so that you can choose what you want to do throughout your holiday. We will always do our best to provide you with the cheapest option in resort too.

How do I cancel my booking?

All events packages are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 1 week in advance of your booking, we may be able to issue a refund, but this is dependent on individual bookings. Please note, deposits are non-refundable in all cases.

Holiday Package Questions

Is the event package included in all holiday bookings?

Yes! All holidays come with a free essentials events package each worth £100! These packages include all the essential events not to be missed out on.

Can I pay a Deposit?

You can secure your holiday space with just a deposit of £30pp. You can then pay as much as you like whenever you like with our flexible payment plan. As long as it’s all paid 12 weeks prior to your holiday, you’re good to go.

I am having problems making the payment

If you have tried to put through a payment and it hasn’t worked it may just be a slight mishap. This mainly happens if you try to use someone else’s card e.g. parents / friends. How can I pay the rest of my holiday/part of my payment?

When will I get my confirmation?

You should expect to receive your confirmation email within 24 hours. However, some holiday bookings may take up to 48 hours to process. If you still have not received your confirmation after 48 hours drop us an email at Be sure to check all your email folders too!

How do I make a change to my booking?

If you need to make a minor change for example an incorrect spelling or date of birth error, you can do this by emailing or by contacting a member of our team had you already been in contact with them directly. We will get back to you to let you know the changes have been made.

If your request involves additional needs, for example changing a person on the booking or adding or removing a person, please call us on +442036274443 so we can discuss your requirements with you. Please ensure you check the details are correct whilst booking as we have no control over supplier alteration charges.

How do I cancel my booking?

Any refunds on cancelled holiday bookings will be dependent on individual bookings. All cancellations must be put in writing using the email address used at the time of booking and sent to One of the perks of our holiday bookings is our low deposits! However, it does mean that all deposits are non-refundable.

Does it include flights?

Our bookings don’t include flights as we have often found that it works out much cheaper to book your flights separately. We recommend a website called skyscanner. It compares multiple airlines to find the cheapest flights for you. If you are having trouble finding your flights, we’d be happy to assist you in your search. Are there any all-inclusive options?

Most of our resorts work on a self-catering basis. This is usually the norm in party holiday resorts as you spend a lot of time out of our hotels at events and such. You will find that you can eat for a reasonable price and the resorts offer a wide range of foods. Most of our hotels also come with fully equipped kitchenettes if you would prefer to do your own cooking also.

If you are set on going all-inclusive there are some options for you. We offer all-inclusive hotels in Magaluf and Sunny Beach, and also Ikaros Hotel in Zante.

Can I upgrade to the Ultimate Events Package with my holiday booking?

Yes, all of our customers who have an existing holiday booking with us will have the opportunity to upgrade to the Ultimate  and Platinum Events Packages at a discounted price.

How do I add transfers to my booking?

If you want to do this, you can email us at and subject the email as ‘Transfers’.  Please provide us with your lead booking name, destination and dates and we will help you through the process. Please be advised that additional extras will incur extra costs, but we will always endeavour to be reasonably priced! You can add transfers to your booking at any time up to 12 weeks before you go on holiday.

Does the airport transfer include the return journey?

Yes, all our transfers are returns and will take you to and from the resort where you are staying.

What does ATOL/TTA protected mean, and why do I need it?

TTA protection gives you a 100% financial guarantee on anything you book with us, so if anything were to happen to us or our suppliers, your money is 100% safe & secure. Having this protection helps give you peace of mind that your money is secure.

Passport/Visa Information

At the time being, British Citizens are not required to have a Visa to travel to Europe, simply their passports. Check out the British Passport’s Travel Planner for more info!
